I run a full practice and need to keep space for those whom I connect with and are serious about their health. This combination gets amazing results.
My Clients:
- Want food to be their fuel and friend, not their obsession. They have a lot of living to do and want their weight and health to empower them instead of distract them from their goals.
- Are done with the drama from dieting, but still desire to feel confident in their bodies. They want a way of eating that is simple and nourishing, not one driven by emotions.
- Have tried several different diets and techniques, but are at the point where they understand weight loss and healing are a journey that takes patience and a map with all- terrain support.
- Tend to be novices in the kitchen, if they even venture in there at all. They’re often lazy cooks who don’t want to use exotic ingredients, spend all their precious free time in the kitchen, and have limited desire to be culinary geniuses. They want quick, simple, and minimal step recipes that taste delicious and use whole, local, and organic foods.
- Have chutzpah and curiosity. They are tired of being spoon fed corporate diet and health information that fuels big business profits while bankrupting their bodies and spirits. They aren’t waiting for the answer to their health ails from government or food and pharmaceutical corporations. They want to understand their bodies so they can be self-sufficient.
- Tend to have an intuitively je ne se quos. They had stock in Apple before the iPod and knew what Oprah’s favorite things were before she did.
- Desire adventurous and meaningful lives. They collect experiences, not name brand handbags and shoes (although they appreciate maybe one of each). They want a high-octane body for a high-octane life fueled with spirit, optimism, and inspiration.
- Prioritize and implement the ideas and recommendations that come from our sessions together. They understand we’re co-piloting their health journey together. They are the captains and I’m the guide on the side. For our work to accomplish my clients’ goals, they need to have the time in their life to make their health and our meetings and work a priority.
