Exciting news: Linda Hallinan, Martha Stewart’s former coordinator will be contributing her design expertise for the bedroom area. I’ve partnered with Linda because her design philosophy mirrors my nutritional approach: ease and simplicity coupled with meeting people where they are.
- Do your ideas about self-care and bedroom design make you feel lackluster rather than nurtured?
- Do you struggle with either being totally “on” or “off” with your eating and a state of relaxation in your bedroom?
- Does your skinny and fat partitioned wardrobe and closet organization make you anxious and, frustratingly enough, eat more?
Discover nutrition strategies that promote sleep and consistent eating habits
Consistently eating well is an expression of prioritizing self-care, which the bedroom symbolizes. Yet this space is usually given the least care in the home. As a result, the space primarily designed for restoration and respite from the world often does the opposite by invoking feelings of a sketchy roadside Motel 8.
During this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Design your bedroom, bathroom and closet space to eliminate the clutter that entices mindless eating by understanding the connection between space, emotions and eating
- Boost your metabolism by untangling the weight-loss rules that sabotage your self-care and how you experience your space
- Experience more restorative sleep from simple nutritional and design tweaks
- Eat well consistently and feel calm by understanding the bedroom, bathroom and self-care systems that eliminate the “on/off track” eating and organizational cycle
- Restore the enjoyment and empowerment of dressing well through a step-by-step process that emotionally and physically cleanses the judgments and feelings your closet brings
- Relax into where you are now with your weight and into your bathroom beauty rituals
Feel like sleeping or eating to avoid this mess? A more restorative nightcap.
This workshop is designed to give you steps you can immediately put into action. In addition to the tools we'll equip you with, you will receive access to 30 days of online community support (facilitated by Ali and Linda) post-workshop to ensure follow-through.
All these benefits are coupled with the inevitable emotional epiphanies and connections that occur when incredibly soulful women come together. And because the holidays are ideally about magic, I’ve found one of Philly’s most incredibly designed spaces. You’ll be inspired and re-calibrated from the holiday madness from our location alone.
Note: Linda is eco-conscious. Her design approach is about simplicity, not buying more. You won’t walk away needing a second job to implement any of her ideas.
Space is limited so individual attention and intimacy are preserved.
